Shoot Day
After you finalize the script and the package, We will Shoot.

Final Product Delivery
We will provide the edited draft copy of the shoot and you will review. And, we will provide you the final product.

We operate Alberta and BC. Appointments beyond the city of Edmonton (30 km radius) will be charged 1$ per Km.

Unless its in your package, lifestyle and city photos are not included and should be booked as an add-on.

Edits

Image editing touch-ups such as removing or adding Items, are subject to a charge based on difficulty. From $10 – $30 per/image

Need photos fast? For prioritized same-night or rush service please contact us. Rush orders are subject to availability at a minimum of $50. *photos only*

We start work once we received a signed contract along with questioner form. We require 48 hr for any change or re-shoot.

We understand the urgency in the commercial industry. Our team strives to deliver the final edited photos within 24 hr after the shoot ends. for videos, the turnaround time is typically anywhere from 36-72 hrs after the shoot ends.

Can you accommodate specific scheduling needs for shoots?

Yes, we aim to be flexible and accommodate your scheduling needs. We understand that shoots like these often have time-sensitive deadlines, and we work closely with you to find a suitable time for the shoot that aligns with you and your team schedule.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes, at Sole Media, we offer additional services such as Head shots for Id cards or website posting. We also do company employees pictures for companies own data base.
