Availability for specific dates is on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates aren’t held and bookings aren’t confirmed without a signed agreement. Prices and services may change without notice.
All the package prices are based on a basic starting price.
A $100 per hour travel fee may apply for distant locations or when the event start or end times require travel with heavy traffic. For breaks between coverage on the same date, a $100 per hour wait time fee may also apply.

Travels
We operate Alberta and BC. Appointments beyond the city of Edmonton (30 km radius) will be charged 1$ per Km.
Extras
Amenities like props are subject to an additional charge. Unless stated otherwise, lifestyle and city photos are not inclusive and should be booked as an add-on.
Edits
Image editing touch-ups such as removing Items, adding grass, etc. are subject to a charge based on difficulty. From $5 – $30
Rush Service
Need photos fast? For prioritized same-night or rush service please contact us. Rush orders are subject to availability at a minimum of $150. *photos only*

Our Estimates are estimates till a signed contract
Term of Service
We start work once we received a signed contract along with questioner form. We require 48 hr for any change or re-shoot.

Do you offer additional services such as head shots and company employe pictures?
Yes, at Sole Media, we offer additional services such as Head shots for Id cards or website posting. We also do company employees pictures for companies own data base.
