The price starts with $499 (Basic white background and goes up with more exotic packages.)

Travels

We operate Canada & USA. If your Product or project requires us to travel outside Edmonton, Alberta. We will charge $1 per KM

Extras

Amenities like props are subject to an additional charge. Any extra images other than the selected package is an extra charge. From $50 – $80

Edits

Image editing touch-ups such as removing or adding Items, etc. are subject to a charge based on difficulty. From $5 – $30

Rush Service

Need photos fast? For prioritized same-night or rush service please contact us. Rush orders are subject to availability at a minimum of $99. *photos only*

Terms of Service

We start work once we received your product a signed contract along with questioner form. We require 48 hr for any change or re-shoot. See FAQ’s for details.

What equipment do you use for e-commerce photography and videography?

For special projects we use our special high-grade cameras, drones, lights and equipment specifically designed for Amazon photography and videography. This includes wide-angle lenses, professional stabilizers and advanced editing software to ensure the highest quality results. 

We understand the urgency. Our team strives to deliver the first edited draft photos within 72 hr after the shoot ends. for videos, the turnaround time is typically one week after the shoot ends.

Yes, we aim to be flexible and accommodate your scheduling needs. We understand that Amazon sellers often have time-sensitive deadlines before the product listing. So, we work closely with you to find a suitable time for the shoot that aligns with you and your team schedule.

Yes, at Sole Media, we offer additional services like locations and model selection which is more suitable for your product needs and wants. We have more than 20 dedicated locations, including kitchens, bed rooms, office, bathrooms, medical clinics, hotels and more.
